Let’s admit it, we all need inspirations in our lives. This is why many people derive inspirations from songs, poems, movies and other things. It can be something or someone. The writer of this topic was also inspired to say something. Why do we need inspiration? Inspiration is something that people believe, something that they can hold into, that can give them boost, energy, courage and strength to do things out of ordinary.
When we are inspired, we tend to do impossible things in our lives. Many athletes, professionals and incredible people succeed because they were inspired to do their stuffs. They were able to succeed not because they have a dream and the desire but they were inspired to do it.
What do we think we need in times when we can’t get through a certain task? What do we think we need in times when we feel we are drowning, and we are asking for someone for help but they were all too busy with their own problems?
We need someone that can touch our heart, that can lift us up when we are down and someone that can carry us when we feel we can’t do it anymore. Do we think of someone that can do that for us? Better if we always have someone that we can turn to. But if we haven’t got one, we always have the Father, our Creator. He is the God who is always there for us, and hear us when we call for help. All we need is to come to Him and call and He will always give us the lift we needed in our lives.
But there is something that God wants from us. We need to put our trust in Him. We need to put trust in His words – the Bible. After all, His Holy Scripture are inspired writings. 2Ti 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
And since all the scripture is given by the inspiration of God, the purpose is to give us inspirations to do good works. These Words from the almighty God inspire us to love, like waking up in the morning and asking God, “Lord, let me love every person I meet today.” This knowledge and wisdom we learn from His Words teach us to do all things in faith and belief in Him. Job, as a man of God mentioned that there is a spirit in every man and God gave inspiration for understanding. What do we need to understand? Job 32:8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
God inspires us to understand everything in our lives and the Bible gives all the information so that we get all the inspirations we need. Now, do we get it? Are we ready to be inspired by the Words of God?
